Radio Controlled Airplanes

The weekend is finally here and we are happy.  It has been a long week with bad weather.   The park was all but empty until yesterday.  It is full this morning.  We watched many people leave disappointed yesterday when they found all the sites were reserved.  The park comes to life with all the other campers.  We were invited to a "party" last night, but it was past our bedtime so we declined.

There is a field across from us where people fly radio controlled airplanes.  They are pretty loud.  Luckily, we are not late sleepers because they were buzzing by at 7 a.m.   It makes us wonder why they decided that the field right next to the campground was a good idea.

You know what I discovered?  I can watch bunnies from my bed!

  1. Bunny TV, that is great! I would be barking my fool head off if I had that channel.

  4. Now how cool is this?
I have to share with you though that Mandy does too - though we are at home. We live in the woods so she daily sees bunnies, turkeys, deer and all sorts of stuff as two of her many beds are parked right in front of our sliding glass doors where bird feeders hang. But now the only thing she really gets excited about are the people putting on a new roof way across the way. :) Still, you do look pretty comfy watching those bunnies!

  5. Of course when she runs out into the yard...it is a whole different story - she is like lightening going at those Turkeys! Nothing escapes her notice when outside. So we have to go scare a few before she goes out there so we don't diminish the wild life. She's never actually 'gotten' anything so far and I would like to keep it that way. :)

  6. If we were watching bunnies from our bed we might get scared because they are bigger than us, LOL!

  7. Well, you look like you're enjoying bunny watching from bed, Joey. Is it frustrating? You seem quite content.
