The Calendar Is Here!

We received the calendar that my picture is in. It is the wall calendar. Last year, I was in the desk calendar. The picture that was chosen is one of Mama's favorite. It was taken last year when I was playing in the snow.

The picture is a small one. We had hoped it would be the big one, but then we wouldn't have anything to shoot for next year.

Mama says the red background really makes my picture "pop". It scared me when she said that, but she said it was a good thing.

Breaking News.....

I'm going to be a calendar girl in the 2010 Celebrating Greyhounds Calendar!!!!

Mama found out yesterday. We are so excited! We do not know for sure which photo has been chosen, but we know which one is our favorite. The calendars are in the mail, so hopefully we will have it next week.

My Calendar Girl!

I love, I love, I love my little calendar girl... come on sing along, I know you know it. LOL

Scout is in the 2009 Celebrating Greyhounds Desktop Calendar. We are so proud of her.

Jack was a little upset that he wasn't chosen, but he has appeared in the Celebrating Greyhounds Magazine twice this year. I have been shocked at the luck I have had in getting my "kids" published this year.

I have taken hundreds of pictures this year in hopes of having something to submit for the 2010 calendar and I have maybe one or two photos that I'm happy with. I have a few months, so hopefully I will take something that will impress the judges.
