Original cast. The lady in yellow and the man in the plaid jacket owned the home. The man's name is actually J.R. which is just a coincidence. |

Mama said the tour was fun. There is a lot of camera magic to make the house look larger than it is on TV.
Our space bar is broke so writing the blog is difficult. We hope to fix it soon.

For the space bar being broke you did a great job with this post. I like those long horn cows.

Mum has been there. She was most impressed with the telephone in loo and of course the hurricane blowing around the swimming pool! Deccy x
ReplyDeleteDidn't know you had been to the US. Where all did you visit?
DeleteWow, that is amazing to look at the real Southfork Ranch! We really loved seeing all your photos. Mum used to watch Dallas.
ReplyDeleteDip Bridge and Elliot x
Mum watched the new Dallas the last two seasons. She wondered if it was filmed in the house or if they made a new set somewhere else.
ReplyDeleteSome of it is filmed there, but some is filmed on a sound stage. Elena's house is at Southfork and it is filmed there. We toured that, but I didn't take photos. The rooms are in glass, so nothing can be touched.
DeleteHow super cool! Loved all the photos. It was like being there. You get an A++ as a tour guide for your blog audience. Thank you for taking us along.
ReplyDeleteVery cool!!!
