Want To Know What I Learned?

It is really mind blowing with all the things there is to learn.  The other night I learned that this:

is not the same as this:

They do look similiar though, don't you think?

Okay, maybe not, but they both have fur.

Mama put the glove on her hand and I started gently biting it like I do a stuffie.  It didn't squeak, but she started laughing.  The more I bit it, the more she laughed so it was somewhat like a squeaky toy.  She laughed so hard that she bent over and Daddy had to tell me to stop.  Mama said she almost wet her pants. YIKES!  My stuffies never wet their pants.  I would have felt bad if I made her spring a leak.

  1. That's very interesting Joey. I often think Mum's old shoes are toys to chew, well she leaves them lying around the place, so what does she expect? However, I have just learned that it is not a good idea to think that the TV table is chewy. Suddenly Mum's sense of humour vanished in a flash...

  2. We too have had problems in the "identification department" with gloves that have fur on the top. In fact, I just gave one pair up because it was too much trouble to own them. They currently live in the toy box and are rarely played with now that they are in a safe location. My leather gloves are left in peace.

  3. Not to worry mom, I laugh too when my hounds try to take my gloves, scarves or hats off of me! I came home the other night with a scarf on and Sadie proceeded to snatch it right from around my neck!

  4. Yes, you are right, they do look alike except the glove thing looks a bit like a furry octopus to us.

  5. Joey- Many dogs never master the subtle differences between stuffies and not-stuffies. It's important to try, because wrong choices can make unhappy mommies and daddies.

  6. I think that was an honest mistake! You should see Kuster. He thinks Mom's sock is a stuffie, while her foot is still in it! Humans springing leaks is never a good thing.

    P.S. Mom was NOT laughing!

  8. Mom would have probably laughed too. We are glad that your mom didn't spring a leak. She might have deflated or something and then you would have been without a mom for a while.

  10. If the glove had pink tips, I could definitely see how they could be classified the same.
