Fall

I love this time of year. The air is crisp. The leaves are just beginning to change. I have my office window open and I can hear the small water feature that is near my window. I can also hear my wind chime from time to time. I have a hummingbird feeder outside my office window and the activity at it has dwindled down to just one or two birds. This summer it was full of activity with more birds than I could count.

A family of deer just walked through my front yard. They were beautiful.

Spiders... oh, we have so many spiders this time of year. Is that a fall thing, too? There is no need to buy the fake spider webs for Halloween. I have the real thing all over the outside of my house.

As a child I didn't enjoy this time of year, but as an adult I think it's wonderful!
