It's Official...Greyhound Expressway Is Open

Yep, the sign arrived yesterday.  Mama said we should have some sort of ceremony but we were not interested.  I was just interested in enjoying the day.  It was 67 here!  It was so nice!

I definitely take after my big brother, Jack.  I love being out on the deck just like he did.

I know that he would have loved the Greyhound Expressway, too.

  1. Hurray for the Greyhound Expressway! I think you should reconsider the ceremony and perhaps suggest that the ceremony include an opening "treat." But I certainly understand how 67 degree weather could make any ceremony seem unimportant. We're supposed to have a mild day here in the 40's. Sounds good to me!

  2. Hope this is a toll-less expressway. I agree, I think there should be a ceremony involving treats. The nice weather should be rolling through my area today.

  3. That is so cool! Yes, there should be a ribbon breaking by some greyhounds!

  4. That expressway is just way too neat - you doggies are going to love it - as will Mama - Okay, I am not sure if your Mama believes in this kind of stuff (or if anyone else has mentioned it), but I was looking abck at old posts because I was without a computer for about 10 days when I was home on vacation - I was looking at the Christmas/Santa post and one of the pictures with Joey in front of the curtains, on his bed with a new toy shows an orb on the curtain - an orb, many believe, and I do too, is a angel sign that appears in photos sometimes - I think it is Jack - enjoying Christmas present fun with you.

  5. Your expressway is so cool, it is almost like a catwalk (dare we mention that word).
We love the sign too. Your mum is right, maybe it should be a treat ceremony!
